The hotel was very clean. Thick towels were provided in abundance, the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and restaurants. The friendly staff offered assistance whenever needed. Their support.

The staff was very friendly. They were always ready to help and offer advice. They provided a shuttle service to the port that runs every thirty minutes, they charged ten dollars per person for the service.

the staff provided clear walking directions to local restaurants.. i found this helpful. the rooftop garden provided a relaxing space to meet other travelers. my room included a mini kitchen equipped with a fridge, sink, and microwave, which i really valued.

the front desk staff were helpful. they provided information about local attractions.
The neighborhood felt unsafe. many people were openly using drugs near the hotel. this made walking around, especially at night, unpleasant. the room itself was small. The bed also felt smaller than expected.

the location was good for getting around. i walked to many attractions. the staff provided helpful suggestions for nearby restaurants. the rooftop terrace offered a nice view of the surrounding area. i enjoyed having coffee there.
the neighborhood had a lot of homeless people. i felt uneasy walking alone at night. the room was smaller than expected. the bed was also not as comfortable as i had hoped it to be.

the front desk staff was amazing, they were so friendly and helpful! our room was clean and tucked into a quiet corner. the bed was comfortable and i enjoyed the rooftop deck early in the morning.
